Tried and tested over hundreds of projects, the Gibson Homes design process is made to be simple and straight-forward. We’ve established a short list of steps, from initial consult to delivery of your keys.
1: Home Site and Plan Selection
Our team is ready to work side by side with you to help you select the right home site and floor plan to meet your needs. This is one of the most important steps in the process. Simply said…The home has to live and function as you want it to.
2: Pre-qualification and Feasibility Exercise
By working with one of our pre-screened financial institutions and mortgage lenders we can work quickly to determine the feasibility and allowance levels you qualify for when it comes to customizing and personalizing your new home.
3: Customization and Pre-Construction Review
Our skilled staff will guide you with making the right decisions in order to meet your needs and desires. Whether it’s picking out the colors, deciding on what state of the art appliance package to select or simply referring a tried and true moving company Gibson Homes is committed to being your partner in the process all the way to the end.
4: The Build
It’s hard to beat the skill level and experience our construction managers bring to each build. Whether it’s communicating your dream to the trade partners, vendors and suppliers or demanding quality standards be met during vertical construction, we will not fail to deliver on the promise of a home you can be proud of.
5: Presentation and Orientation
No home will be delivered to an owner before it undergoes the scrutiny of our Quality Assurance program. A full inspection of all aspects, products and construction applications will be made prior to final delivery. Only then, will we meet with our buyers and guide them through the aspects of how the mechanics work with their new home and present to them a 100% complete home.
6: Post Close Service and Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the performance of every home we build. That is why every Gibson Home comes with a one year fit and finish warranty, a two year mechanical warranty and a ten year major structural warranty.
